I’m trying to export code blocks from riscura.com/brightafrica but I’m getting no response from the plugin.
On Chrome – the button greys out, but no message or response.
On IE I get a pop up that says “Unhandled error…” when I try to view the error details, I get a blank screen.
Please advise urgently.

I really need to have this resolved urgently – please could someone get back to me today. The import export is the sole reason I bought this plugin, and it’s not working, and not providing any explanation why.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I just did an export with one of my sites that has over 36 code blocks with many blocks containing a lot of code and it exported perfectly. The only issue I had was having to allow popups as they were getting blocked by the Chrome browser. Other than that, it does work. Try a different browser, and make sure popups are not being blocked. I am also wondering if there is a clash with one of your other plugins, which you could deactivate temporarily to see if that solves the issue. I am also wondering if your code blocks contain too much code for CJT to handle. Please check your largest code block and let me know!
From initial thought, there may be a server configuration issue, a memory issue, a popup blocking issue or something else, which would require further investigation.
