You can customise any redirect page when users do not agree to your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. That said, you do not have to use a dedicated redirect page like this, and instead you can just return users to your home page. Simply enter your own cancellation page redirect URL or your homepage redirect URL in this part of the shortcode:
