Tell me, do you have the latest version of CJT CORE and CJT PLUS, which is the new responsive versions?
Since you are an earlier CJT PLUS subscriber, you are entitled to the latest version with the first year at no cost.
There is a chance this issue may actually be fixed now as we did work on some database error handling.
